Good Earth and MyBlogSpark recently sent me a Good Earth Dinner Kit to try out. I love healthy kits that make cooking quick and easy. I like to make food homemade but don't always have the time to do so. The kit that they sent me was Mediterranean Chicken w/ Angel Hair Pasta. It was DELICIOUS. I love the taste of Mediterranean food and the fact that is was 100% whole grains with no trans fats, artificial flavors, artificial preservatives or MSG made it even more delicious.
