On a cold winter day, there is nothing better than warming up to a hot cup of soup and maybe even a mug of hot chocolate.  One of my favorite soups is Progresso.  It is not only great tasting soup, it is also healthy.  I love the large chunks of vegetables that are in the soups.

Did you know that there are 40 different flavors of Progresso soup with 100 calories or less.  I had no idea there was that many.  It seems that the stores I shop at only carry 4-5 different flavors.  If your New Year's resolution was to slim your mid section, this soup might just be what you are looking for.  If you are on Weight Watchers, 100 calories is only 2 points which is great for a snack when you are a little hungry or just need a pick-me-up.

Here is what you will have to do to enter:

• Submit a 200 character or less essay telling Progresso why you love their 100 calorie or less soups & why you deserve a chance to win the NYC trip.
